It is very easy process to place an order on Sona Exports. First you go through our product range and find the product you would like to purchases /buy. And Add to Enquiry Basket by adjusting the required quantity.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for Marble Statues: There are no MOQ required. You can place order for one piece of any marble statues.

MOQ for Marble Artifacts and Sand stones: MOQ is required for this segment and depend on kind of product. MOQ for these products to be mention in Quotation.

You can submit an enquiry manually on email: You can send your enquiry on email by giving the details -Product code, Size, Quantity, Name and Address, Phone Number to info@sonaexports.in, sonaexports@hotmail.com    

After receiving your order details A Sales person of concern department will create a quotation with Price, Shipping cost, Delivery Lead Time, payment method and other related necessary information and email you within next 24 hours.

After agreeing the quotation you can make payment using the convenient payment and confirm your order.

Each quotation containing a “ UNIQUE QUOTATION NUMBER” it will help you to make payment transfers, and check the statues of your order and further communication.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you confirm the order, Our Production team start the work on your order promptly.  And Therefore, genereally not possible to cancle or modify an order once it has been submitted. However, if you order has been not yet shipped you can contact us to cancel or modify it and then we will determine if it is possible halt fulfillment of order.  Please note that no order may be canceled or modified once it has been shipped. In these case you many follow the return instruction if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.

Pricing Errors and cancellation of orders

Sona Exports reserve the all right to cancel an order any time before it has been shipped at the following mentioned conditions.

  • By mistake provided you incorrect price. We will , at our discretion, contact you for instructions prior to shipping the order or notify you of the outright cancellation of the order.
  • Billing information provided for the credit card does not match the information on file with the card issuing bank.
  • All item produce by us are fully handmade. If we are getting manufacturing problem then we will notify you  of the outright cancellation of the order.

Please Note: The issuance of the an order number or the receipt of the confirmation email does not serve as a guarantee that an order will be fulfilled. No order is final until a representative of “ SONA EXPORTS” has confirmed that none of the aforementioned conditions apply to that order.Does the price on your items change?

Do you charge Duty and Taxes?

For International Shipment : All the custom duty & taxes levied at destination would be borne by the customer as applicable in importing country.

For Domestic Shipment : Sale Tax (VAT) applicable as per instruction of Government Authorities  


How long it will take to delivery my order ?

If the item readily available in stock, we usually dispatch within next 5 working days from date of placing order. if any item are not in stock we will provide you the information about appropriate lead time in quotation.

  • By Air Courier (Door to door delivery): Our courier partner- FedEx, Firstflight, Overnight Transit time: 3 to 4 working days (Except Sunday & National holidays)
  • By Surface courier (Door to door delivery: Safe Express Transit time: 7 working days


We have customized packing solution available for each product with less packing cost and safe delivery. We are having expert team of packers to pack material with all safety measures.

Note: chargeable weight is derived from Gross weight and dimensional weight calculation, whichever is higher.

I shipped my order to wrong address. Can u reship my package ?

Yes, we can reship your package in that condition but Charges will be applicable. The incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as the undeliverable An invalid address has been provided by the customer, resulting in a surcharge from the carrier. Such an error may include, but is not limited to, invalid or incomplete information; incorrect zip code.

Can I Ship my order outside of India?

Yes, we deliver goods to all countries anywhere in world. (Shipping charge will provide in quotation)

Will I be charged if I refuse my order?

Please not a US $ 20.00 fee (per package) will be assessed for all refused shipments. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charge accessed by the courier. For international deliveries, the customer will be responsible for any duty /VAT/Import duty/ destination charges on refused or unclaimed shipments, in addition to return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.

Will I have to pay Taxes and duties on my order?

Sona Exports will cover all taxes for customers in the India. Orders being shippied to addresses outside of the INDIA may require the recipient to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.

Sona Exports can not held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local govt. on orders delivered to countries other than the India.


How do I return an item?

Return would be accepted, if you have received the item in defective or damage conditions. Send us the photograph of the defective/damage product by emailing us on info@sonaexports.in and sonaexports@hotmail.com after receiving the photographs, our service team would work out and let you know the decision. The return product should sent to us in the same original condition and packing, when you received it. On customize product, refunt or return of the product would not be done.

I have not received my order. Is it lost?

Be sour to indicate the complte and correct shipping address when you are placing your order. Sona Exports is not responsible for items that have not been received due to  an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the statue, please contact our Customer care department at info@sonaexports.in (be sour to note your order number and email address and verify the correct mailing address)   Our customer care team will check our record to determine when your order was processed and shipped.
